I have a couple of bariatric walkers (one stays in my vehicle) and was most pleased to find these heavy duty wheels that make my life a lot happier. They support my weight and move smoothly over even rough surfaces. I have found out that using the ski type of glides on the rear legs also helps in freedom of movement with the front wheels. Both the wheels and glides came from an Amazon search and were easy to install and adjust the height of the wheels.
