(More customer reviews)I got this power chair in Dec 2010. First thing that happened was one of the caster wheels split. It took forever for the company that sold this Preferred Home Care to pick it up and leave a loaner. Many phone calls went unanswered.
Second thing that happened was that the power chair would run fast, then slow, would pull to the right. I called on 5/9/2011. Each CSR that called wanted the same info that I gave the first one. On 5/17 the first CSR called and took the same infor I gave him on the 9th of May. He said he would request a loaner for me. Got the loaner on 5/27. On 6/10 received call from Bill who said the problem was batteries. Got chair back on 6/17.
Chair ran ok for a couple of days and started doing the same as before. Today is 7/6. Called and as usual, talked to a voice mail. I would not recommend this Power Chair to anyone
