(More customer reviews)Good idea but if the person using it has no manual dexterity, like my mother-in-law, it's of no use. She cannot manipulate the velcro straps that attach it to the arms of the chair. It's also too heavy for her to lift on and off the chair. Like I said, "Good idea...BUT". I had to send it back.
