(More customer reviews)I bought this mattress from Berktree and there was a delay in shipping, then the product arrived damaged. Stephen Kovacs at Berktree rectified these two problems immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I rate Berktree 5 stars. The mattress however, was shipped directly from the factory a month late and the quality of that product was less than expected. I had a previous mattress from Mason by the same product number, which lasted me for 17 years. The new one however has a much thinner cover, no carry handles and appears of overall less quality. I rate the product at 3 stars only.
