(More customer reviews)This cushion was used by my 80 pound mom for less than 8 months before it lost it's cushioning power and bottomed out causing severe back pain. When I tried to get the manufacturer to replace it under the 5 year warranty, they said NO, there had to be a manufacturer's defect to get any relief. I could get no explanation as to what kind of a defect would be considered a manufacturer's defect. What good is a 5 year warranty if becoming unusable after 8 months does not constitute a valid warranty claim?
Don't waste your money on this piece of junk.
