(More customer reviews)We have tried and tried with this product but neither my wife nor myself have been able to figure out how to get as comfortable a cleaning as the title of the product promises. And "the wand" as my wife likes to call it, does not have a hole so it can be easily hung from a hook near the commode. We have to lay it out on a towel on the floor which doesn't seem like the clean thing to do. We'll keep trying, maybe it just takes lots of practice (I guess it took me a long time to learn to wipe with my hands--LOL!) but so far we are not having much luck. If anyone has any tips or techniques please share them, I don't think this is the type of item we can return for a refund.
