(More customer reviews)The plastic component which coupled the new shower head to the existing pipe was poorly constructed. After about a week of use, a leak sprung from the new coupler. When I tried to tighten it, the plastic snapped, rendering my new shower head useless. $20 bucks, literally down the drain!!
