(More customer reviews)After finding that I could no longer stand while taking a shower due to severe back problems I ordered this well made shower stool. I wasn't sure it was strong enough to hold my weight. It was. We have a small shower stall upstairs and I needed a stool that I could sit on and still have room to move about. This stool is not only strong enough but small enough to fit inside a tight space. It made showering more enjoyable and took the stress off my back. The stool is strong enough for larger and heavier people to use as it holds up to 300 pounds according to the manufacturer. You can adjust the height on it. I use to remove it from the shower when finished and used it to dry my hair in front of the bathroom mirror. When I was done using it I slipped it under the counter top in the bathroom where it sat, out of the way, until the next day when I put it back into my shower. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend if they felt a need to sit down in the shower when there was no seat available to them. I would also recommend it if they only had a need to sit while doing personal things at the counter in the bathroom.
