I have unilateral hearing and have no problems hearing heart murmurs and breath sounds on extremely premature infants. There is no need for a bulky stethoscope that you won't be able to differentiate bowel sounds from cardiac sounds. I promise this one will be audible. There are not a lot of neonatal stethoscopes out there, so I am very happy that Littmann was able to satisfy my hearing impairment needs.
