(More customer reviews)I'd been having a lot of trouble sleeping with a regular pillow and when I got this one, my sleep improved a lot. It's pretty comfortable but it flattens out quite a bit once it settles into place. Overall, it's so-so. It's the only memory foam pillow that I've ever bought, so I'm not sure how it compares to others, but it is much better than an ordinary pillow.
