(More customer reviews)I have had this wedge for about 2 years. It isn't the prettiest or fanciest, but it works. My physical therapist gave it to me and it helped with my back pain, but after a while became annoying. It wasn't until I learned how to sit (yes I know this sounds silly) that I saw the true value in this. I now take it with me to work and conferences where I am sitting in hard plastic chairs for hours. The wedge combined with my new knowledge of how to sit with correct posture leave me pain free! If you are the handy type, sewing a cover will increase it's durability and asthetics.
