(More customer reviews)I purchased this product for my husband and I to use. The main reason I choose this product is because the display is on a remote, and the max capacity is 550lb. When we received the product I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the scale can track 8 users, and will "remember" up to 10 past weights for each user. It also has a weight goal function, and will calculate how much the user needs to loose to reach his or her goal.
The set up is fairly easy and really simply. The directions are really straight forward, (I personally had some issues with the directions because they are pictures, and I was impatient so I didn't look closely at the pictures).
This product has exceeded my expectations! I would recommend this product to any one. The remote with the controls and display make it really easy to use, and the platform is sufficiently large. The only thing is the first time my husband used this product we thought he might be over the 550 capacity because the display just displayed "--------", he tried it again when he realized that his stomach must have been in the way of the infrared beam between the scale and the remote. Once he adjusted how he was holding the remote it worked perfectly.

E&J Traveler Recliner Wheelchair Review

(More customer reviews)I was looking for a comfortable wheelchair that reclined and it does deliver on both counts.
The biggest negative is that it's really heavy and not very fluid. It feels like you're pushing it with flat tires.
On a carpet, it's horrible. And I mean seriously horrible.
If you're looking for a good wheelchair for around the house, forget it.
I mainly wanted it for outside of the home, so it'll work for me, but the weight is a problem. It's going to be very difficult for me to get in and out of my van by myself.
So, there is ONE specific situation for which this wheelchair is perfect: A disabled person who needs a comfortable, reclining wheelchair who only uses it when they are outside of the home and traveling with an able-bodied person to assist them by getting the chair in and out of a vehicle and pushing the chair for them....
If you want one for around the house, spend more money and get one with an aluminum frame. It simply won't work. If the person using the chair is supposed to push this themselves and has any arm weakness, they won't be able to do it - even on a flat, even surface.
Oh, and the 18" chair is too wide to fit through a 28" doorway. The seat space is really 19.5 inches and I deeply regret not going for the 16" model. (I'm 5'3", 150 lb woman and it would've fit me just fine... and fit through my darn bedroom door.)

FIRST OFF EVERYTHING ON THIS CHAIR IS METRIC, SCREWS, BOLTS, AND BEARINGS, SO NOTHING IS INTERCHANGEABLE. THE ONLY PLACE YOU CAN BUY PARTS IS MEDLINE, NO ONLINE ORDERING OR PRICE SHEETS. IF YOU WANT PNEUMATIC TIRES, IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN WITH MEDLINE. THE SEAT STAYS (THE PART INSIDE THE SEAT UPHOLSTRY THAT HOLDS THE SEAT STRAIT) ARE PLASTIC, SO WHEN YOUR SEAT STARTS TO FOLD IN ON YOU, YOU'LL KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. IN 16 YEARS I'VE NEVER SEEN PLASTIC IN PLACE OF STEEL. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TAKE A LOOK AT BREEZY OR INVACARE BEFORE YOU BUY A CHAIR FOR LONG TERM USEAGE. I WISH I HAD.

Solid Seat Wheelchair Cushion 16" x 16" x 1-1/2" Review

(More customer reviews)Contrary to how this item is described, there are no 'safety straps to secure the solid back to wheelchair', with no way to attach cushion to the wheelchair, the cushion would not stay in place, and would be a constant source of frustration; I returned the one I had ordered.
