(More customer reviews)The brake lever on the Medline 19" Aluminum Transport Wheelchair that allows chair to be set and unset, is held onto the chair by a nut. I believe it is called a Castle Nut. At any rate, this nut is always loosening up and has to be tightened constantly after rolling the chair around a few times. It has become a real pain! Otherwise chair is pretty comfortable but I feel this problem should be reviewed by the manufacturer.
