(More customer reviews)I love the chair. However, I purchased the one with arms and actually don't use them. The arms are more for stability rather than for your arms. I found it more comfortable w/o the arms (plus I'm a little larger 200+ lbs and my thighs were pressing on the arms of the chair). The balls gets misshaped as you sit on it day after day but all I do is rotate the ball every other day and it returns to normal. I'm very glad I bought this chair. Oh, it's also a great conversation piece, everyone has to ask about it and it on it to try it out.
