(More customer reviews)I am giving this item only one star, not because of the quality of the cushion, but because of the return policy of the company(ies) selling it. The cushion itself is exactly as advertised, a true Roho in every sense of the word. However I am a quadriplegic and the cushion was not ideal for the use I intended it for. When I order an item from a secondary vendor through Amazon I have never felt it necessary to call up the secondary companies return policy. Big mistake. In this case, Med Choice's policy is an 18% restocking fee (plus shipping) on all returns. I actually ordered two of these cushions so my restocking fee was $60. Furthermore this is absolutely the last time I will ever order anything from a secondary company through Amazon. In actual fact you really have no idea who you are ordering from. In this case the order was placed, I thought, with Med Choice, however the packing slip was from another company called American Oxygen & Medica in New York (I have no idea where Med Choice is located, it isn't listed anywhere). When I called American Oxygen to see if I needed an RA the gentleman answered the phone from yet ANOTHER company. He was very polite and subsequently e-mailed me an RA# for the two cushions together with yet ANOTHER companies name (Invacare) and address in New Jersey where I should send the return. So in addition to paying overpriced and slow shipping in receiving the cushions, I also have to pay return shipping, an 18% restocking fee and then wait for a refund which hopefully I will receive some time in the near future from one of these companies (I have no idea which one). This has truly been a learning experience and I hold Amazon as responsible as I do Med Choice, or whoever it was I bought the cushions from. Buyer beware!
