(More customer reviews)I am renting this rollator from a local medical equipment supplier while I recover from leg surgery. It's lightweight. With the seat flipped up, I can walk at the center of the machine, providing good stability.
Large wheels allow it to roll over uneven pavement and bits of debris with ease. Since I can bear my full weight on either leg (I lack stability at this point), this is much more comfortable and stable than crutches. The two sides fold toward the front making it more compact than a wheelchair. I take on the bus without much effort.
I decided to rent since I expect to my leg to recover before the accumulated rent exceeds the purchase price.

(More customer reviews)Got the peddler yesterday and put it together and used it last evening. It's a very substantially constructed item- nothing cheezy about it. Being relatively heavy, it doesn't slide around easily when you use it.
The great thing about it is that it is simple to assemble: two screws attach the 2 feet parts to the peddle mechanism and those screws have nice, large, smooth knobs that you turn to tighten down- no sharp ends or tiny screw heads requiring any tools to try to work with arthritic fingers. Also, the knob regulating peddle resistance is smooth and well-made too. This is a great feature- being able to make it harder to peddle as you get stronger (this way you can continue to get stronger).
Foot peddle straps are nice and large and there's no open peddle mechanism or exposed chain to get clothing caught in- and the peddling action is very smooth.
All-in-all it's a high-quality item, not some chintzy thing and it appears to be made to last. Also recommend anyone with knee arthritis to check out Treat Your Own Knee Arthritis.

(More customer reviews)Its good looking piece of equipment,small, easy to store even under the chair...But reason for me to buying it, was for health needs.With my poor circulation I have to use it for many times of the day,every day,for long period of time.
But I am not sure it will last long.
First of all it gets very hot from rotations,second (and I didn't figure out that before) its to light!
(Only 6 pounds)And being light,It moves along with rotation,actually its running away from you.You have to stop your exercises every couple rotation, and pull it back, or you have to nail it to the floor in the middle of the living room.
I live in Florida weather is wonderful,i will walk!
This -MINI CYCLE EXERCISE BIKE will not run away standing under the chair! By the way shipping arrangement very confusing!And to high!
