(More customer reviews)I bought this product for use by my mother-in-law . She had a similar one while in the hospital. I received it, inflated it, and it just doesnt stay inflated. Company said its nonreturnable because of 30 day return policy expired. I would not buy from this company again. To short a time period to find out the product does'nt work!

We liked this pad and pump a lot, because it's avoiding her to start having skin ulcers.
Besides, I asked in specialized medical stores and, compared to those stores, this one was pretty cheap.

(More customer reviews)This pressure mattress works well. I am a nurse who has worked with many different kinds of APP mattress overlays as well as more sophisticated low air loss mattresses. This one is for a family member who is bedbound and has a small pressure sore on sacrum as well as loss of muscle and fat tissue so prone to sores. She is using this mattress overlay on top a queen size adjustable mattress. One feature to note when not using a standard hospital bed is how the mattress is secured. I made a point of choosing this one because it uses flaps to tuck under mattress as opposed to corner straps which would not have fit a larger bed. The patient has been very satisfied with the overall comfort of the mattress. She weighs less than 100 ilbs so I adjusted the pressure downward to her comfort level. So far (nearly two months) it is working quite well and was a real steal at the price.
