(More customer reviews)I ordered this Lumex Multi-Position Open Padded Raised Toilet seat as it said "fits most toilets" but unfortunately it didn't fit mine. I contacted MedexSupply for return information and was told that because the package was opened - they wouldn't take it back. I explained that I had to open the package to find out if it fit the toilet - and their return policy (posted on Amazon.com) did not state that there were 'certain' products that could not be returned if opened - it allowed for all products in good condition to be returned. I rec'd the package on a Saturday, and contacted them the following Monday for RA # - product still in original package. In spite of all this they still refuse to provide return authorization. I contacted my bank and was told they would reverse the charges. I contacted Amazon.com and they will investigate - and may refund the entire charge for me. This whole situation is horrible - it is very deceptive for a company to offer you a product that may or may not fit your toilet, tell you that they will take it back, and then tell you a different story when you call for return information. This product cost me $74.00 - I will have the charges reversed and I will file complaints about deceptive business practices with BBB.
