My only complaints are that it did not come with any instructions and it took me a few minutes to figure out how to get it to work right. There were things that had to move inorder to fully support and stabilize the thing. Once I found that out, it has been steady and has done the job. My other complaint is that to fold it up and put it in the car, I have to move two locks from the legs to the cross bar. Then, the thing will fold up. Otherwise, I am laying it down on the back seat on its side. In bad weather, it is not fun to stand out there and fuss with the locking devices in order to flaten the walker.
