(More customer reviews)This product works as advertised however the Amazon vendor, The Therapy Connection at HPMS, Inc., will not respond to service inquiries. I purchased the strap and there was little information regarding sizing. The size they sent was okay but I was interested in exchanging it for a medium. I contacted The Therapy Connection at HPMS, Inc. through Amazon but never received a response from them! I had to repurchase directly from the manufacturer. I also received much better pricing from purchasing direct from the manufacturer! Avoid this Amazon vendor, The Therapy Connection at HPMS, Inc., if you would like to have service for you product!
