(More customer reviews)It's good except I realize now that I should have gotten a large instead of a medium because even if you are petite the hole in the middle seems small. If you have any type of bladder issues or are receiving treatment for bladder issues your better off getting the large its less pressure on everything down there. It also helps support your lower back.
