(More customer reviews)When I received this item, the outer box was in perfect condition. Upon opening the Amazon box, I found the manufacturer's box to be damaged on one end, as if dropped from quite high or smashed by a lot of weight. This had to have happened before it was put in the Amazon box. When I opened the inner box, I found the bottom welded assembly to be bent so badly that only two of the four feet would touch the floor at the same time. When I called about a replacement, I was told that there would be a three week or more wait for shipping. I returned the item for refund. Very disappointed that Amazon would ship an obiously damaged box without checking to be sure the item was in good condition. The quad cane itself looked just like what I wanted and would have rated it 5 stars if it had not been damaged.
