It also states that the cover can be unzipped to use on your back and I thought that was great, WRONG. It doesnt have enough power to massage, it tickles your feet instead of doing anything therapeutic. What a waste. In order to return it to get a refund it has to be unopened. Who doesnt open something they wanted. Now I would have to pay 30% restocking fee and shipping fee, whatever, I hope they discontinue this worthless product.
