(More customer reviews)This is a sturdy product. It is a usefly product for the elderly. It is about $40 less through Amazon than through the medical catalogues. My main disappointment is that you cannot lower the table. There is a spring mechanism that does not allow the table to stay at the lowest level, which is perfect for an older person sitting in a chair. We needed to keep the moving pin in place in order to keep the table secure. Unfortunately, that is about three inches too high. This may be good for over a bed, but doesn't work as well for over a chair.
