(More customer reviews)We purchased this transporter from this vendor. After looking at the item we found it would not suit the needs of our son. Spoke to customer service about returning the item and found out that once we opened the box it is now considered "used" and it can not be sent back for any type of refund. I tried to reason with customer service and he did his best to end the conversation.
If you decide to use the vendor make sure you do not open the packaging once it arrives to see the contents because at that point it is yours to keep.
