(More customer reviews)The picture shown is misleading, you only get the base for under $100. The top trapeze part is about another $100, or if you can buy both at same time. This confusion really irked me as I needed the complete item and had to wait twice as long to get it. When I got the top trapeze part days later, I did need a friend to put it together with some pliers, screwdriver and hammer. But it now works to pull myself out of bed after stomach surgery. I use it at the side of my bed, not from the back. I also found it helpful to buy a cheap low foot stand 6 inches high and keep it near the base so I don't have to reach my foot all the way to the floor when I pull myself up. Better body weight leverage makes for an easier pull up.
